Systems Administrator

Atlanta, GA - Hybrid (3 Days onsite, 2 days remote)

Long term contract

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Management & Support :

  • Plan, design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise systems including infrastructure and cloud/SaaS-based platforms such as ServiceNow, Enablon, and Planview Daptiv.
  • Perform account setup, user access reviews, and deactivation tasks across integrated systems.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and change requests using ServiceNow.
  • Install and configure servers and cloud-based services according to organizational standards.
  • Provide support for integrated applications, including EHS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, Cority) and project portfolio tools (e.g., Planview Daptiv).
  • Investigate and escalate issues with detailed analysis and system logs.
  • Monitor systems daily to verify integrity, resource availability, and performance.
  • Maintain and support integrations between core systems, such as ServiceNow and Enablon.

Project Management & Innovation :

  • Lead and execute small to medium-scale infrastructure and SaaS integration projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend automated approaches to improve system efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in tool selection and implementation planning for new EHS or PPM platforms.

Other Responsibilities :

  • Analyze existing systems and propose enhancements, including cross-system workflows.
  • Support enterprise security policies and solutions across internal and SaaS platforms.
  • Stay current with trends and updates affecting tools like Planview Daptiv, ServiceNow, and EHS applications.
  • Provide Tier 1 training and system documentation for supported applications.
  • Support emergency response and business continuity activities, including short-term travel or cross-functional backfill roles if needed.
