Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in C#/.NET with emphasis on and .NET Core.
- 4+ years of experience with data engineering and a strong background in on-prem ETL tools and solutions.
- 4+ years of experience working on SQL Server. Have a strong understanding of indexes, replication, and SSIS. Experience working with DB2,PostGres and Teradata would be a plus.
- 4+ years of experience with building scalable APIs and the ability to architect secure, efficient, and performant solutions.
- 4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps/TFS/GIT.
- Strong ownership, analytical, and communication skills to convey information to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver while operating with occasionally limited and open-ended requirements.
- Understand and identify downstream impacts of complex changes/requirements.
- Understanding and translating business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solver and ability to create innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with the transportation/Logistics industries with a combined experience of 7+ years.
- Python programming experience is a plus.
- Experience in database design and dimensional modeling.
- Exposure to data analytics solutions and dashboard tools such as PowerBI and Tableau would be a plus.
- Experience working with Messaging Systems and building producers/consumers for Kafka/RabbitMQ/QPID/Tibco would be ideal.
- Familiar with one cloud environment; AWS or Azure.
- Understands continuous integration and delivery concepts.
- Work experience with data analytics, machine learning, or modeling.
