Job Description:

1. 10-12 Years experience in contract management software. 5+ years on Icertis
2. candidate should be familiar with legal contracts and frameworks to manage customer and supplier contracts and current trends 
3. Ability to configure the system to suit to large multinational precision and high tech mfg requirements In contracts management 
4. Strong functional and technical skills in ICertis contract management system 
5. ICertis implementation experience in large and global company with minimum 4-5 implementations
6. Ability to integrate with ERP, CRM, procurement platforms with global trade and compliance focus
7. Familiarity with legal clauses in executing direct, indirect materials, dangerous goods and commodity material contracts 
8. Knowledge in AI for red line analysis in negotiations and use of AI in red lining and language translations 
9. High value and long duration entitlements based customer contrasts management expertise 
10. Plus to have cloud and SaaS model expertise 
11. User management and security requirements within CMS and external partner networks is plus
12. Digital signature integration experience required
13. Ability to support legal team and counsel during negotiations, red line comparisons to reduce execution cycle time
