Job Title: Design and Simulation Analyst
Job Description:
Crescend Technologies is seeking a talented Design and Simulation Analyst to join our innovative team in Iowa or Illinois. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with COMSOL Multiphysics and a strong background in design and simulation of electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform design and simulation of electronic systems using COMSOL Multiphysics.
- Develop and optimize models to simulate various physical phenomena and improve product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into the design process.
- Conduct validation and verification of simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document and present simulation results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with COMSOL Multiphysics for design and simulation.
- Strong understanding of electronic systems and physical phenomena.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Knowledge of thermal, structural, and electromagnetic simulations.
- Working knowledge of Industrial Microwave System
Familiarity with product development and optimization processes
