Job Description: Are you a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager with a knack for Fiber Deployment? We are looking for a motivated individual to plan and manage business projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet client needs, and stay within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Determine project goals, create timelines, and estimate costs and resources.
• Detailed Scheduling: Generate detailed plans and schedules for each project stage.
• Team Leadership: Select and lead a project team, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Negotiation: Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure each project stage progresses on time, within budget, and meets company quality standards.
• Reporting: Report project progress to senior managers and clients.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to avoid delays.

• Hybrid Role: Fieldwork (70%) and office work (30%). Work from home on Fridays.
• Location: Office in Bucks County, PA; most jobs in Lehigh and Berks County, PA.
• Construction or Lineman Background: Ideal candidates should know how to read prints and manage projects efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Experience with P2 tracking in Excel.
• Outgoing Personality: We seek someone with a proactive and engaging personality.
• Long-Term Assignment: Duration depends on how well the candidate fits the role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
