Job Details

CBIZ has been retained by international law firm to find a Senior eDiscovery Specialist to lead the efforts in the planning, design, implementation, adoption and management of eDiscovery and database systems such as Relativity, RelativityOne, OPUS2, and external SaaS- based document repositories/case management tools. The role is also responsible for delivering training for these systems.

This role can be mostly remote, but requires proximity to either the Dallas office, or one of the California offices for occasional for onsite meetings.

Candidates MUST have advanced expertise in Relativity and hold an active Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) Certification.

Required:

  • College degree - Juris Doctor preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in litigation technology within an AmLaw 25 law firm or Fortune 50 corporate legal department.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Relativity or RelativityOne and an active RCA.
  • Advanced knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and standard litigation support procedures, as well as a solid understanding of project management concepts and the procedural rules for handling of electronically stored information.
  • Hands-on Relativity or RelativityOne experience.
  • Working knowledge of case management technologies (e.g., Opus2, Case Notebook).
  • Advanced knowledge of the current Microsoft Office Suite.

The annual compensation range for this position is $150,000-$160,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
