We are seeking a SOF Analyst to support our customer's operations in Las Vegas, NV. The effort performs evaluations of training considered critical to ensuring that deploying units are prepared to operate in complex environments. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
  • Conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and makingrecommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring thecoordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnelrequirements for each designated activity;
  • Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of datacollection, reduction, or JEMSO operations.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Required Experience:
  • Experience at the tactical and operational level with EMS; communications equipment, and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes
  • Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources todetermine capabilities to meet mission requirementsUnderstanding of current SOF capabilities across all activities (direct action, special reconnaissance, countering weapons of mass destruction, counterterrorism, unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, security force assistance, hostage rescue and recovery, counterinsurgency, foreign humanitarian assistance, military information support operations, and civil affairs operations) with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service orjoint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of theevaluations
  • At least eight (8) years of demonstrated relevant experience in Special Operations expertise in air, land, and sea/naval special operations and combat systems.

Desired Experience:
  • Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreignintelligence information;
  • Evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings,conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results
  • Operational employment experience of EW, and spectrum management
  • Training and certification as a PMP is highly recommended for individuals lacking desired military leadership experience.

Education and Certifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and the public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
