Exciting IT Support Job Opportunity for a manufacturing company in Chicago, IL. This role is a full-time Deskside Support Technician for a dynamic work environment. You'll support cutting-edge technologies Including Windows 10/11 PCs, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. This role is prefect for tech enthusiasts who love diving into new technologies and solving complex problems.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of business and IT experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Active Directory administration
  • Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of network concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Microsoft SharePoint knowledge
  • A+ PC Technician certification
  • Network+ PC Technician certification
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
  • Microsoft Verified IT Professional - Server Administrator (MCITP)

  • 40% Windows 10/11 PC support
  • 30% Microsoft Office and SharePoint support
  • 30% Mobile device support (IOS and Android)
Daily Responsibilities
  • 60% Hands-On troubleshooting and support
  • 20% Documentation and process improvement
  • 20% Team collaboration and special projects
