Necessary
Experience/Skills:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
A day in the role:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls from an auto dialer
- Responding to customer online inquiries regarding application
- Work alongside insurance agents to help generate leads
- Ask a series of questions regarding application online to verify information
