RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Audio/Visual Technology - Analyst in Chantilly, VA.
Summary:
In this role, you be proficient in Zoom and audio/visual technologies used to support virtual meetings necessary to support the Program Lead in virtual meetings. You will use Zoom to organize break-out sessions, taking attendance, conducting polls, facilitating Zoom chat conversations, assisting with participant technology issues and providing technical support, as well as escalating issues that need additional assistance and problem resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience or High School diploma/GED and 7 years of experience
* 1+ years of experience using Zoom to include features and functionality
* 1+ years of experience providing phone and/or in-person support for business application (Analysis, Diagnosis, Remediation, Testing, Performance Tuning)
* 1+ years of experience with standard Windows OS applications and MS Office applications
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
