Job Title: Lead Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Westlake TX or Merrimack NH

Job Description:

70/30 Backend/Frontend - Java/Spring Boot, APIs/micro-services - Azure / AWS experience - CI/CD pipelines and using uDeploy, Jenkins or other The Team Responsible for the Contact Center platform and engineering which provides our voice, email, and web chat communication channels.

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 8+ years hands-on experience as a software engineer
  • Proficient in Java/Spring Boot and experienced in developing APIs/micro-services
  • UI design/development using Angular or JavaScript a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and using uDeploy, Jenkins or other tools
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based deployment practices will be a plus
  • Working with Event Driven Architecture -- Kafka, Webhooks, nice to have
  • Test Driven Development -- JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc.
  • Familiarity with DBMS, NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc) a plus
  • Proven ability to trouble-shoot complex data issues across the e2e technology stack
  • Either hands-on Azure / AWS experience or demonstrated desire to build cloud experience (e.g. certifications, training)
  • Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development and test
  • Understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture including considerations for high availability.
  • Proven ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes
  • Self-starter, curious, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn and teach others every day
