Title: AI/ML SaaS Product Management Consultant

Compensation: $70hr to $85hr W2
Job Description:
Korn Ferry is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML SaaS Product Management Consultant to join our client's team on an interim to hire basis. This role is fully remote and involves collaborating with global teams to drive the success of B2B SaaS products with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Lead the end-to-end product management process for B2B SaaS products, from inception and ideation to go-to-market strategies and product launch.
- AI/ML Expertise: Experience in AI and Machine Learning specific to SaaS products, with a particular emphasis on machine learning applications.
- Budget and Revenue Accountability: Own and manage the budget and revenue for the product, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Presentations and Decks: Create and deliver compelling presentations and decks to leadership and customers, effectively communicating product vision and progress.
- Documentation and Tasks: Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage tasks using Jira and Confluence.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct customer interviews and gather requirements to ensure the product meets market needs and expectations.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Enterprise and SMB Experience: Ideally, have experience in enterprise environments while also thriving in small to mid-market settings.
- Professional Communication: Demonstrate transparent and professional communication, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
- Extensive experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on machine learning in SaaS products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception to launch.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and revenue management.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver impactful decks.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and task management.
- Experience in conducting customer interviews and gathering requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience in both enterprise and small to mid-market environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, initiative, and confidentiality.
