Responsibilities:
- Drive timely and smooth adoption of systems/products, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute rigorous testing plans, including certification and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the primary client contact, offering guidance, addressing concerns, and delivering comprehensive training.
- Monitor implementation success, identify areas for enhancement, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a
- 5+ years of overall related experience
- 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience
- 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applications
- Experience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologies
- Understanding of XML language used in messaging
- Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Project
- Proven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
