About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping and Improvement: Develop comprehensive process maps to visualize current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose streamlined solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Solution Design: Design and document functional specifications, including system requirements and user stories.
  • Project Management: Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Change Management: Support the adoption of new processes and systems, providing training and addressing user concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
