We need someone from consulting (Workday partner ideally) background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations for leveraging Workday to meet their business needs.
- Lead architectural discussions and decisions, designing scalable and efficient Workday solutions.
- Work across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Integrations, to deliver end-to-end advisory services.
- Partner with client stakeholders to assess current Workday configurations and recommend enhancements or customizations.
- Manage and oversee Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Mentor and collaborate with client teams, providing guidance on best practices and Workday governance.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and innovations, advising clients on how to maximize new feature
