Our Higher Ed practice is looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Reporting and Analytics Lead with Business Knowledge. Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as a college or university) is strongly desired and may be required.

Sierra-Cedar helps Higher Education institutions more than 350 of them with the implementation of Oracle software. Our business-savvy Lead Technical Consultants are responsible for implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM) and maximizing the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested.

You ll provide hands-on reporting and analytics support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules. The Lead collaborates with business users to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytic requests and acts as a liaison between the business and technical teams to effectively communicate data reporting requirements. Plus, you ll document and manage technical specifications along with other technical responsibilities.

At Sierra-Cedar, a Lead Consultant has excellent oral presentation and communication skills and uses these skills to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their Oracle Cloud system. You may or may not lead an actual team on a project. With Sierra-Cedar s support, you will be responsible for staying current on emerging technologies and leading approaches in Higher Education. You ll lead and drive client discussions and technical workshops and, at times, interact with 3rd party vendors. The selected incumbent will perform a wide variety of tasks, such as designing, configuring, developing, and providing support tasks throughout your projects, with a focus on reporting and analytics.

Our ideal Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Lead Technical Consultant has a Bachelor s Degree, hands-on technical implementation experience at a university or college, strong knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions, and a desire to become part of a Higher Education-focused team within Sierra-Cedar. Oracle Fusion Cloud or PeopleSoft certifications are a huge plus!

This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.
