The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $72,500.00 to $120,800.00.

The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) team supports the technology that powers Grainger's distribution centers and branch network for North America. We ensure the right products move efficiently through our supply chain to meet customer needs.
In this fast-paced and complex environment, our team builds and supports the systems that drive inventory movement, order fulfillment, warehouse automation, and network efficiency. We work closely with operations to deliver scalable, resilient solutions that enable growth and continuous improvement.

Compensation:
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $72,500.00 to $120,800.00.

Responsibilities:
- Execute more complex configuration in respective technical domain or business application. Possesses a proficient understanding of their impact on the business process as it relates to Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Execute requirements per technical specifications and defined deliverables, scrutinizes details, questions inconsistencies and demonstrates curiosity and functional understanding
- Foundational technical and functional domain experience within respective team. Consistently delivers with appropriate nonfunctional requirements.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures used for administration and operational activities. Identifies areas of waste, redundancy and optimization in core processes.
- Participate in team activities (daily status meetings, tech huddle topics, desk checks) and pairing with peers to work on stories
- Learn and practice continuous delivery practices and methodology
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy solutions with only moderate guidance for Warehouse Management Systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes
- Active involvement in end-to-end testing and go-live activities.
- Provides support for SAP and Manhattan Supply Chain solutions.
You have:
- 3 years of experience configuring and optimizing large enterprise systems/applications in Warehouse Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Distribution and Supply Chain business operations.
- Proficiency in Manhattan Configuration.
- Exposure to SAP ECC and Manhattan Integration.
- Able to resolve production incidents related to Manhattan.
- Able to communicate with key stakeholders, team, and drive calls with business users.
- Able to support unit acceptance testing and clarify the queries raised by business users and team members.
- Able to complete the POC and provide estimates for the new requirements.
- Able to provide the process improvements ideas in the current production system.
- Able to complete the configuration and unit testing for WMS technical requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year Manhattan experience
- Minimum 1 year of SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Jasper and Mark Magic
- Experience with Agile a plus
- Experience with Transportation Management System a plus.
- Experience with SAP Global Trade Services a plus.
- Experience with Connectship a plus.
