Job Title: MS Dynamics Senior Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled MS Dynamics Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), Budget Planning, and Grants Management. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and implementing MS Dynamics solutions that enhance their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design:& Develop and design MS Dynamics solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, focusing on GL, AP, AR, AM, Budget Planning, and Grants Management.
  • Implementation:& Lead the implementation of MS Dynamics modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Client Collaboration:& Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • System Maintenance:& Oversee the maintenance and support of the MS Dynamics system, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrades.
  • Training and Support:& Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and understanding its capabilities.
  • Documentation:& Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, configuration, processes, and user guides.
  • Compliance and Security:& Ensure that all solutions adhere to industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Education:& Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:& Minimum of 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics implementation and functional consulting, with a focus on GL, AP, AR, AM, Budget Planning, and Grants Management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and customization.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications:& MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification.
  • Experience:& Previous experience working with government clients or in a public sector environment.
  • Project Management:& Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
