Job Details
Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Loyalty Cloud)
Location: US Onshore / 100% Remote (Must be willing to work in US Eastern Time)
Role Type: 24-month Contract
Key Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years with the Salesforce platform
- Led at least 1-2 Loyalty Cloud implementations as an Architect
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization of Loyalty Cloud
- Enterprise-level experience
- Hospitality industry and loyalty program execution experience
- Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management,
- Including program/tier/benefit mapping, promotion management, earn/redeem processes, and decision tables.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
