Role:
Develop and maintain robust and efficient server-side code for our platforms.
Design, implement, and manage database systems to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Build and maintain APIs to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance under increased loads.
Implement security and data protection solutions to safeguard sensitive information.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure high standards of code quality, organization, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Demonstrated programming skills with SAS, Spark, Python, PySpark, R or equivalent languages.
Demonstrated experience working with Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance technologies. For example: Transaction Monitoring Systems, KYC/CDD, Sanctions and Wire screening Applications, Network Analysis, Entity Resolution & Identification and Segmentation utilities or Case Management solutions.
Strong working knowledge and familiarity with Palantir Foundry applications, products, and solutions.
3+ years of experience in backend development in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in backend programming languages like Python, Node.js, etc.
Experience with database technologies and web service technologies.
Experience with API design, development and consumption.
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Server-side development experience.
Open-source or community contributions.
Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps and other product management tools.
Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
Knowledge of security best practices for web and mobile applications.
