Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ThoughtSpot Developer to join our analytics and business intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot for building scalable, self-service analytics solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Design, develop, and deploy ThoughtSpot dashboards, worksheets, and pinboards

  • Integrate ThoughtSpot with various data sources, including cloud and on-premise databases

  • Develop and optimize TQL (ThoughtSpot Query Language) queries

  • Create and maintain logical data models and relationships within the ThoughtSpot environment

  • Enable self-service BI capabilities for end-users

  • Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand and address reporting needs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data inconsistencies, performance, or user access

  • Train users on how to use ThoughtSpot effectively


<>Required Skills & Qualifications:</>

  • Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot architecture and development

  • Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts

  • Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance

  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration tools

  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


<>Preferred Qualifications:</>

  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse

  • Understanding of data governance, security, and access controls

  • ThoughtSpot certification(s) or relevant training

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
