Job Details
Job Title: Senior Contact Center Architect (Five9)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 month+ contract
Notes:
- Experience with five9 (cloud contact center platform)
- Integrating five9 into their contact center environment
- No cloud specific experience needed as five9 can integrate with any and haven t decided what they want to use for cloud yet
- Senior architect experience deep insights into contact center, leading teams, presenting to stakeholders
- FCB is paying five9 directly to implement and FCB is building the team to do it internally
Must Have:
- CRM experience- Can be Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar CRM
- Five9
- In-depth knowledge of a global operations contact center process and procedures, bringing industry experience and relevant architecture experience to the team
Pluses:
- RPA automation anywhere
- Appian RMS
