Mobile (Android & IOS) Architect

Tampa, FL (Onsite, 5 Days Week)
Essential Qualifications:
- At least seven years of professional experience in Digital Product Management focused on consumer-facing mobile applications
- Minimum of five years' expertise in deploying apps on both iOS and Android ecosystems
- Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and methodologies like Scrum and SAFe, as well as adept at creating product roadmaps, authoring user stories, working with Adobe & Tableau for analytical insight, and employing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Skills in executing user experience research, including interviews
Desirable Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- Background in Product and Program Management within the healthcare industry
- Competence in strategizing product and project trajectories
- Knowledgeable in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) business operations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into a clear Product Vision
- Define high-level product capabilities, align them with key business drivers to ensure a fully realized product offering
- Communicate overarching program goals, track milestones, and report to stakeholders
- Lead ideation sessions using design thinking principles, crafting artifacts like personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and user story maps
- Capture and document detailed product requirements encompassing Capabilities, Features, Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria
- Establish and refine the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Prioritize and explain Enabler work in collaboration with the System Architect/Engineering Team to inform the development agenda
- Oversee the Product Backlog, facilitating refinement sessions and ensuring a organized workflow
- Conduct validation on completed stories, offering approval and feedback to the development team
- Iteratively refine Product Backlog based on stakeholder feedback from review sessions
- Ensure a synergistic approach with stakeholders to reconcile any differences in requirements or development focus
- Support the Product Team in meeting both Definitions of Ready (DoR) and Done (DoD)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Team to address roadblocks and clarify ambiguities
- Engage with client executives to establish tiered Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Initiate and evaluate A/B testing scenarios
- Maintain a close partnership with the Analytics team, leveraging tools such as Adobe and Quantum Metrics
- Foster a cohesive UX across both web and mobile platforms, striving for feature parity to enhance the overall user experience
