Position Title: Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist Remote

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to lead initiatives in unifying, segmenting, and activating customer data for personalized marketing efforts. Must be highly proficient in Salesforce Data Cloud and its ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS/JavaScript, SQL, Query Studio
• Strong data management, ETL, segmentation, and data modeling
• Informatica PowerCenter for data integration and transformation
• Understanding of PII and GDPR/CCPA compliance
• 9+ years of Salesforce or CDP experience

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization / Evergage / Interaction Studio
• Familiarity with SAFe/Agile development methodologies

• Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud expertise
• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, integrations
• Leading requirements gathering, solution design, and SOW creation
• Building solutions in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• Advising on digital marketing KPIs and optimization strategies
• Reporting using Data Views, Discover Reports, and Analytics Builder
• Creating custom integrations with external systems
• Conducting user training and promoting adoption
• Delivering projects under tight deadlines
