Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CX (Sales Cloud) Functional Consultant to assist our client's IT SAP Sales Cloud Lead and our US-based Sales Cloud Consultant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud (C4C), including proficiency in reports and dashboards. The role will focus on supporting the transition of an existing SAP Sales Cloud solution from the Bulk business (auto industry) to the Retail business, which manufactures foam for mattresses and other industries. This position will involve solution replication, enhancements, and reporting/dashboard adjustments for the Retail sector.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales Cloud (C4C), with solid functional knowledge of modules like Sales, Service, and Analytics within SAP CX.
Proven experience in configuring and managing reports and dashboards within SAP Sales Cloud.
Prior experience or knowledge in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or automotive is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues related to SAP Sales Cloud functionality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, both remotely and onsite.
