We are looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital content management. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in IT and a deep understanding of content platforms, localization, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AEM-based implementations.
Lead initiatives around content management, including localization, content fragments, and structured content strategies.
Support and optimize content authoring, workflows and publishing.
Define and manage user permissions and role-based access within AEM.
Work closely with technical teams to support integrations with external systems and services.
Leverage strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) to support content lifecycle and content governance.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on content platforms and digital solutions.
Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including sites, assets, and integrations.
Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and its role in enterprise content strategy.
Experience with localization workflows, content fragments, and content governance.
Proficiency in user permissions and access control models.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
