Your Job

Molex is looking for a Senior Analyst of Supply Chain Process Excellence. This person will work in a global delivery model with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams managing large, confidential and complex data sets, work closely with the business to apply advanced analysis for process discovery, conformance, and KPI monitoring to identify process drivers for deviations, create target-oriented analyses to transform business process, Interpreting the findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, identify process improvement opportunities, such as improving metrics including throughput, cycle times, cost of poor quality and rework rates, estimate, prioritize, and present financial and qualitative benefits of process optimization/automation to business partners in an actionable way to enable transformation of existing processes and driving completion of services and deliverables. Driving better master data quality, working on system implementation and rollouts.

What You Will Do

  • Work with business analysts and business subject matter experts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Utilize process mining tool- Celonis to identify and surface opportunities to optimize supply chain processes
  • Define process objectives and performance targets for the supply chain. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process changes.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions. Define leading practice and process excellence.
  • Create process maps and visualizations to understand process flows and performance using Celonis. Develop reports and dashboard to provide insights into process performance.
  • Monitor the impact of improvements and adjust as necessary. Provide training and support to end users.
  • Working with buyers and materials managers at the site to drive process improvements.
  • Connect, extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems to create the data model
  • Facilitate the adoption of process improvements and new technologies like Celonis, Signavio, etc.
  • Product ownership, closely following up system upgrade, working with product team to understand roadmap, new capabilities and implementing the new capabilities.
  • Innovations in the area of task mining, RPA, data analytics, AI, ML


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience with Celonis Data Engineering, developing process graphs and driving value realization.
  • Data analytics and dashboard development.
  • Supply Chain business knowledge, driving process excellence and value realization.
  • Experience with Celonis Data Engineering, developing process graphs and driving value realization.

  • Experience driving Process Improvement across different business Processes.
  • Expertise in Celonis tool, developing process insights, process maps and data modelling.
  • Good understanding of SAP ERP in Procure to Pay.
  • Good understanding of SAP Materials Management, inventory management, warehouse management business processes.
  • Good Understanding of SAP MRP process.
  • Experience with procurement / supply chain management systems - Coupa, SAP Ariba etc.
  • Understanding of system integration technologies - API's, EDI etc.
  • Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio etc.
  • Expertise in supply chain management and data analysis.
  • Knowledge with process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong Understanding of Master Data Management Principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to drive change and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret and present data insights.
