Join AEVEX Aerospace as a Senior-Level Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst Lead Intelligence Operations with Cutting-Edge Expertise

Are you an experienced intelligence professional with a passion for uncovering critical insights from publicly available information? AEVEX Aerospace is seeking Senior-Level PAI Analysts to support USSOCOM in high-stakes intelligence operations. What You'll Do:
  • Advanced Targeting & Analysis: Utilize your advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities within networks. Conduct in-depth analysis across multiple intelligence disciplines, including CT, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, and political/military analysis.
  • Comprehensive Intelligence Production: As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you'll be responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders. Your work will include counterterrorism (CT) and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis, and support to targeting operations.
  • Fusion Cell Collaboration: Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for the exploitation of enemy personnel. You'll also prepare post-screening analytical products and assessments that support targeting efforts and threat analysis.
  • Support SOF Missions: Produce intelligence assessments and products that are crucial for deployed SOF Task Forces, enabling the F3EAD targeting cycle. Your expertise will ensure that these forces have the actionable intelligence they need to succeed in their missions.
  • Global Readiness: Maintain global readiness and be prepared to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may involve operating in permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
PAI-Specific Responsibilities:
  • PAI Expertise: Research, develop, and present PAI intelligence products at both tactical and operational levels. Leverage your advanced knowledge of open-source research methodologies and social media applications to stay ahead of emerging trends and threats.
  • Innovative Research: Stay on the cutting edge by researching emerging open-source and social media applications of social networking. Collaborate with industry and academia subject matter experts, and interface with other Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques, and analytical tools.
  • Multi-INT Fusion: Identify and support the collection of open-source data to facilitate multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of analytical experience within DoD or equivalent government agencies, with at least five (5) years at the operational level.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
  • Targeting Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the F3EAD Targeting methodology, with the ability to lead analytical efforts culminating in comprehensive intelligence products.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong background in regional analysis, geopolitical analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, and a deep understanding of social media applications and open-source research techniques.
  • SOF/CT Experience: Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or Counterterrorism (CT) intelligence experience is highly desirable.
  • Clearance & Readiness: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication, valid US passport, and the ability to pass all pre-deployment requirements, including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings. Must be able to obtain all required immunizations as necessary by the contract.
Physical Demands:
  • Operational Flexibility: Be prepared to sit, talk, listen, and frequently walk, use hands, and reach with arms as part of daily job functions.
  • Mobility: Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 30 pounds. Must complete all medical examinations required for temporary duty or full-time deployment as needed.

AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.

Salary Range
$29 $32.38 USD
