Coupa Specialist - (Source-to-Pay)

Position : Coupa & SAP S/4HANA Integration Specialist"- (Source-to-Pay)

Location: Remote job

Client location: Cincinnati, Ohio - Remote with occasional travel to the client if needed.

Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide deep Coupa functional & technical expertise in the Source-to-Pay end-to-end process, with strong knowledge of key integration points between SAP and Coupa.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation.
• Participate in end-to-end design workshops, sharing industry best practices and leveraging Coupa implementation experience.
• Analyze and understand the company's sourcing processes to identify deviations from industry best practices and drive towards a standardized global process within the toolset.
• Document fit/gap analyses and design decisions, ensuring deviations from out-of-the-box functionality are justified with a positive value proposition.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical designs align with functional requirements and meet quality standards.
• Perform system configuration tasks, including but not limited to:
• Configuration of Content Groups, Enterprise, Chart of Accounts, and approval chains
• PO Customizations, Tax codes, and PO Transmission methods
• Requisition processing, Purchase Orders (POs), Invoicing, Receipts, and Tolerances
• Execution of best Coupa practices

Job Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience with Coupa and SAP modules; experience with S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay Coupa processes and localizations for global deployments.
• Knowledge of SAP solutions in at least one of the following areas:
• Material Management
• Sourcing and Category Management
• Supplier Management and Contract
• Transactional Procurement
• Invoicing and Payment
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive work culture through teamwork and conflict resolution.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or different shifts as required to meet deadlines.
