Description: Our client is currently seeking a Staff Engineer II
The Staff Engineer II will play a key role in our client's digital transformation initiatives. This position focuses on leading efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization by leveraging Microsoft M365 tools, AI, and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of intelligent automation and a passion for driving innovation within a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Oversee strategic planning, execution, and reporting of change initiatives in support of the Digital Productivity Center of Excellence.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft M365 Power Platform tools across the organization.
  • Advocate for the adoption of AI-driven technologies and low-code platforms to improve business processes.
  • Train and support a community of citizen developers within the organization to maximize the use of digital tools.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the organization's digital productivity goals.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across various stakeholders, including bank executives, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, OpenAI, and other Gen AI tools, and advise on best practices for their implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams or projects, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, including risk controls, audit, legal, and compliance aspects.
  • Expertise in Intelligent Automation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, and Machine Learning.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
