Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Director/Senior Director of Advanced Analytics for the Life Sciences domain. You are expected to have expertise with the application of analytics to sales and marketing problems such as:

  • Patient analytics using Real-World Data sources such as anonymized longitudinal patient claims data, lab/diagnostic testing data, etc.
  • Commercial Pharmaceutical Model Design, Sales Force Sizing, and Structure
  • Promotion Response Modeling, Marketing Mix Optimization, ROI analysis, Segmentation, Targeting, Digital Analytics
  • Go to market strategy, Product Launch/Launch Planning, tracking, and customer/account segmentation, recommending Axtria's solutions and services to meet client goals.
  • Analyze Sales Force Sizing, Territory Alignment, Sales Call Planning, and Incentive Compensation recommending Axtria's solutions and services to meet client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project engagements delivering Commercial Analytics solutions to top Pharmaceutical clients.
  • Customize and deploy Axtria's proprietary analytics to meet client requirements, delivering unparalleled value in every project engagement.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with Technology and Product Management teams to refine analytical tools and develop new client solutions.
  • Present and recommend optimal customer, sales, and marketing strategies to clients based on analytical insights.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics.
  • Contribute to Axtria's innovation by developing new solutions and analytical models.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team across multiple levels, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in Commercial/Advanced Analytics within the Life Sciences industry.
  • 5+ years in Consulting servicing Pharma/Life Science clients.
  • Proficiency in analytic tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, SAS, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Visualization, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in framing business issues, designing effective solutions, and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience leading projects and teams, with exposure to statistical estimation and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with large datasets and data manipulation techniques.

  • Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

The exact nature of duties, level of role as well as the salary and compensation package will be commensurate with experience and salary history.
