RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Lead in Saint Louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Commerce Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams within a matrixed organization
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring alignment with Company's strategic goals
* Leverage Commerce Cloud's OOTB capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions
* Work with Salesforce Preferred Partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms
* Oversee the migration of content from current platforms to Salesforce Commerce Cloud
* Ensure the new platform supports both B2C and B2B customers, providing a seamless user experience
* As a Salesforce Commerce Lead, you will provide training and support to internal teams on the use and capabilities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
* Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and best practices, ensuring Company leverages the platform to its fullest potential
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification(s)
* Proven experience in leading Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations
* Proven experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile frameworks
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce scripting (ISML, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
* Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers
* Understanding of the compliance requirements related to eCommerce platforms
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in optimizing website performance and user experience
* Experience improving SEO ranking
* Experience with WordPress, Adobe Magento, Shopify, and Drupal ecommerce solutions
* Knowledge of integration patterns and techniques with ERP systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
