Requirements
Actual experience with AI
Experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation roles.
Understanding of Data analytics
Software Development skills would be preferred.
Develop and execute a strategic AI and innovation roadmap to support business objectives.
Collaborate with diverse teams to identify AI-driven opportunities for operational improvements, tenant engagement, and business growth.
Lead AI-related change initiatives, use AI tools & Machine Learning, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Leverage key AI skills and like business analysis and workflow modernization to assist in transforming legacy systems into scalable, sustainable frameworks.
Monitor and continuously refine AI models to maximize their business impact.
Stay ahead of technology trends to assess their relevance in this industry
Utilize internal IT resources and trusted external partners to implement AI solutions effectively while ensuring alignment with IT infrastructure.
A strategic mindset to modernize systems and streamline complex workflows USING AI
Business analysis skills to translate technical concepts into real-world solutions, while building consensus among stakeholders.
