Description
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Display Ads campaigns, creating compelling ad creatives, and driving measurable results for our online casino promotion efforts. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a knack for data-driven decision-making, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and refine Google Display Ads campaigns targeting diverse geographies and audience segments.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Design eye-catching banner ads and display creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust bidding strategies, placements, and targeting to maximize results.
Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights on a weekly and monthly basis.
Stay informed about the latest updates to Google Ads, industry trends, and algorithm changes.
Implement advanced audience targeting techniques, such as retargeting and lookalike audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Display Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and advanced audience targeting strategies.
Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and creating lookalike audiences.
Familiarity with landing page optimization practices.
Google Ads Certification is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced and international environments is a plus.
