Job Details

We have a need for a Slate Consulants. This is part time 5-10 hours/week. 100% Remote

I'm looking for a highly experienced Slate consultant who can:

  • Analyze current Slate configurations for enrollment management, especially as they relate to Ph.D. financial offers and communications.
  • Design and configure optimized workflows in Slate, based on future-state process models developed in collaboration with Princeton stakeholders.
  • Support integration design and improvements between Slate and PeopleSoft, focusing on financial data exchange and communication triggers.
  • Develop communication plans and templates within Slate that enhance the student journey from recruitment through enrollment.
  • Lead training and knowledge transfer sessions with Princeton s Slate Captain and other staff, ensuring long-term sustainability and self-sufficiency.
  • Be familiar with out-of-the-box configuration, avoiding custom development to stay within scope and budget.
  • Work in close collaboration with a technical Enterprise Architect and functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to deliverables like configuration specs, process maps, reporting templates, and training guides.

Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years of enrollment management consulting in higher ed.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Slate CRM, especially in graduate admissions and communication plans.
  • Proven ability to configure Slate based on optimized state models.
  • Familiarity with integrations (e.g., PeopleSoft Slate) and communication logic.
  • Comfortable working virtually but can engage deeply with stakeholders.
