Job Details

Requirements:
  • 6 or more years in Salesforce architecture, implementation, configuration, and data migration projects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Application Architect certification with preference for Systems Architect.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management and matter management system deployments.
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration.
  • Experience with Litify platform and Salesforce CRM customizations for legal workflows.
  • Experience in Web Service integrations using REST APIs and SOAP protocols.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional team management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Design technical solutions for legal matter and contract management on Salesforce.
  • Prepare technical architecture and design artifacts (diagrams, models).
  • Lead discovery sessions to map technical requirements.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems.
  • Design and implement access control and security models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Validate functionalities and integrations with developers.
