CACI is looking for candidates to work an exciting opportunity to assist our customer in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the USAF Distributed Common Ground System. This position will become part of the engineering team to enhance our customers abilities to assess systems, determine problems, design, and implement solutions around modifications and enhancements to the weapon system.
You'll be able to utilize your experience within the areas of exploitation, analysis and production, and dissemination to generate, test, and install hardware and software solutions. Additionally, as it pertains to agile development, you would participate in roles to develop a solution's vision, define technical features, help to prioritize the backlog, work with stakeholders, and perform release management.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Develop analysis of alternatives, courses of action, trade studies, requirements, and design documents in support of the Agile Release Trains development efforts.
Test, maintain, and monitor systems, including assisting and coordinating the installations of those systems.
Identifying, communicating, and resolving issues with systems and networks.
Perform roles within the agile development framework such as product owner or value stream engineer to accomplish duties such as defining technical features, assisting with backlog management, and work across all mission areas to determine impacts and alignment of technical efforts.
Utilize experience with configuration and data management to capture and manage the system baseline.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance.
BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience.
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Understanding of System Development Lifecycle.
Experience working with MS Windows and Linux operating systems.
Strong IT based experience in all layers of the network.
Ability to design and implement new software and hardware capabilities within an existing system.
Researching experience with respect to applications, network transport, virtualized network environments to develop solution recommendations.
Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to work with minimum oversight drawing from experience and analysis of issues.
Desired:
Knowledge and experience with SIGINT operations.
A general understanding of the migration process centered around data and applications movement to a cloud-based environment.
Operating in agile environments.
Fundamental understanding of RF/Microwave concepts.
