Job Title: Solutions Architect

Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in both building partner-facing solutions and designing internal tools to support our partner success team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in software architecture, cloud technologies, and a consulting mindset to navigate complex technical needs and deliver scalable, impactful systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of solutions for partner engagements, from discovery through deployment.
- Design and implement internal systems that improve operations and enhance the capabilities of the partner team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and partner success to shape solution strategies.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and define end-to-end architectures across full-stack applications.
- Rapidly prototype and develop proofs of concept to validate ideas and demonstrate value to partners.
- Stay curious and embrace continuous learning, exploring new technologies, frameworks, and techniques as needed.
- Evaluate, prototype, and recommend technologies that align with the company's technical vision and scalability needs.
- Guide development teams on architectural best practices and enforce technical quality standards.
- Support pre-sales engineering conversations and help communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a software or solution architect, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and modern full-stack development.
- Proficiency in designing solutions that span frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure components.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience working across the software development lifecycle from ideation through delivery.
- Strong understanding of API design, DevOps practices, and scalable system design.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project needs.
