Job Title: CRM Application Developer (Legan CRM)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Austin, TX (This is a remote role, but candidates should be local to the San Antonio/Austin area.)
Primary Skills:
CRM Application Developer to support their 311 department. This is their non-emergency customer service center that provides access to city services, information, and assistance. This role will be working on their CRM applications with a preference for experience with Verint (Lagan CRM) which is a CRM app used by public sector organizations.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Product development and the day-to-day support of a mission critical product to support CoSA s 311 department.
CRM application support.
Minimum Candidate Characteristics:
7+ years of experience working on CRM Application Development
7+ years of .NET C# app development with API interaction
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Azure/AWS
SQL and DB experience
Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:
Lagan CRM experience (CRM application used in public sector organizations)
Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced CRM Application Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team.
Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates will bring a balance of technical and customer support skills for product development and the day-to-day support of a mission critical product to support CoSA s 311 department.
Minimum (Required):
7 years of SQL* (DB queries)
7 years of Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) applications
7 years of NET C# (Custom apps)
7 years of Java (API interaction)
7 years of JavaScript
7 years of HTML, CSS Ability to adhere to strict delivery schedules and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
7 years of Knowledge of a Database Technology (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and the ability to interpret schemas and/or author queries and stored procedures
7 years of Ability to interpret and edit XML files
7 years of Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
7 years of Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills
7 years of Knowledge of various Software Development Methodologies (particularly Agile) and experience in all stages of the software development lifecycle is a plus
7 years of Experience with virtualization and cloud services such as Azure/AWS
7 years of Familiarity with the user of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and testing tools such as Fiddler, WireShark, PostMan, and SOAP UI
7 years of Working experience with release, change, configuration, and incident management
7 years of Working experience identifying and resolving application issues
Preferred (Optional):
7 years of Experience working with Agile product delivery
7 years of JIRA
7 years of Verint (Lagan CRM) preferred
