  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong experience in UiPath, including developing and maintaining complex automation solutions.
    • Proficient in programming languages, particularly Python.
    • Solid understanding of database management and SQL queries.
  • Automation Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) best practices and standards.
    • Ability to design, develop, and implement automation workflows.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Automation Solutions:
    • Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
    • Write and test Python scripts to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Database Management:
    • Manage and interact with databases to support automation solutions.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
    • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Project Execution:
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for automation projects.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions.
    • Continuously improve and optimize existing automation workflows.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation solutions.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
