Job Details

Requirements :

  • 8 or more years of experience as Instructional Designer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in delivering training on software programming, IT systems, and technical SOPs.
  • Experience with web-based Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-Learning authoring tools.
  • Experience in classroom and web-based delivery for cloud-based or enterprise-level software.
  • Experience with multimedia curriculum development and computer-based instructional technologies.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person and online training sessions for enterprise software and technical systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical training materials including manuals, videos, and course outlines.
  • Create scenario-based, role-specific content for internal and external system users.
  • Design multimedia e-learning and web-based training modules using authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to update training resources in alignment with system changes.
  • Support quality management compliance and accessibility standards in instructional content.
  • Collect and analyze audience data to tailor training solutions based on user needs.
