Job Title: Salesforce Consultant - Sprinkity Salesforce Connector (W2 only)
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead the implementation and integration of Sprinklr's Salesforce Connector. The successful candidate will provide expertise in configuring the connector to enable a seamless, omnichannel social care experience within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, customer service, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and Implement Sprinklr Salesforce Connector: Set up and configure the connector to integrate Sprinklr's social media management capabilities with Salesforce.
2. Omnichannel Case Management: Design and implement processes to manage customer cases across multiple channels, including social media, email, phone, and chat.
3. Salesforce Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet the requirements of the Sprinklr Salesforce Connector, including configuration of objects, fields, and workflows.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to ensure the connector is working correctly and meets business requirements.
5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the Sprinklr Salesforce Connector and its features.
6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance tasks to ensure the connector continues to function correctly.
Requirements:
1. Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator (ADM) or Developer (DEV) certification.
2. Sprinklr Experience: Experience with Sprinklr's social media management platform.
3. Salesforce Configuration: Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, and approvals.
4. Omnichannel Customer Service: Experience with omnichannel customer service platforms and strategies.
5. Communication and Training: Excellent communication and training skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Salesforce Development: Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
2. Integration Experience: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms and systems.
3. Social Media Management: Experience with social media management platforms and strategies.
