JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Planning Cloud Consultant for a 6-month project based in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional and technical background in Oracle Supply Chain Management, particularly in Planning Cloud, Demand Management, and Backlog Management modules. This is a hybrid techno-functional role focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in EBS migrations and post-go-live support.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Planning Cloud Modules.
- Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud, and Backlog Management.
- Techno-functional expertise in:
- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Order Management
- Bill of Materials
- Oracle Purchasing
- Experience in EBS On-Prem Supply Chain modules and migration projects to Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Demantra, including:
- Configurations (Series, Worksheets, Levels)
- Engine tuning
- Good understanding of Cloud Analytical Reports.
- Exposure to OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issue resolution.
- Proven experience in post-go-live support, data conversions, and cloud migration projects.
- Capable of driving and managing business process reviews and optimization strategies.
- Strong communication skills for daily business interaction and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid project management experience, with the ability to deliver on-time solutions and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience articulating project goals, orderability requirements, and aligning them to existing systems.
