Job Description
Walker Elliott is working with a well established client, located near the DFW Airport, that has an opening for a Service Desk Support person to join their IT team. This role will be challenging, but rewarding, as it has many components and opportunities to learn new technology.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, ability to work with end users solving desktop, laptop, printer, connectivity and other software issues. This role is responsible for in-person, phone and remote support.
Basic networking/connectivity skills highly preferred.
Requirements:
2+ years desktop support in a corporate environment
2+ years supporting end users, creating and resolving trouble tickets
