Position Overview:

The Vice President of Information Technology will oversee the IT department, ensuring that the team supports key business processes, drives technology initiatives, and maintains operational stability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading ERP support, and IT support desk functions. This role will require a strong mix of strategic vision and operational expertise, with a focus on optimizing technology services and enabling business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the IT strategy to align with business objectives and support company growth.
  • Oversee ERP systems, ensuring robust support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise resource planning solutions.
  • Provide direction to the IT support desk team, ensuring that end-users receive timely and efficient support, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain an IT roadmap that ensures infrastructure, applications, and technologies are aligned to support business needs.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service and value.
  • Oversee IT budgets, ensuring effective cost management and efficient allocation of resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT management roles, with a strong background in supporting ERP systems, and IT support desk operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire IT teams, including ERP, development, and support functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, development support, and help desk best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues into business terms for stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant ERP certifications are highly desirable.
