Job Details

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance future project delivery.
  • Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including the creation, evaluation, and selection of vendors or service providers.
  • Organize and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, involving key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and decision-making for projects.
