Title: Implementation Analyst

Job Description:
This role includes but is not limited to gathering information, uploading data, verifying data, uploading documents and drawings into the CRx system, setting user roles and other configurations. As part of your initial training, you will need to become well versed in software features and The Joint Commission facility compliance regulations that are part of the CRx software.
This position requires regular video meetings with multiple members of client staff, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities during product implementation. This is a remote position but may require 5% travel to hospital sites. When required, travel is for two days and travel expenses are reimbursed. Most implementation and follow up activities are done remotely.
All interested applicants must have an excellent academic record. Excellent spoken and written English, Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Programming knowledge is not required.
