Job Title: Web Application Developer
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Job Description
Development experience with scalable and maintainable Next.js-based solutions.
- Deep understanding of React Next.js components, rendering, handlers, server actions, and advanced routing capabilities.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for web applications.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Hands-on technology development experience in React-based complex web development, reusable component library creation with branding and theming.
- Build efficient and reusable front-end systems, frameworks, and abstractions.
- Debug and address UI performance issues. Awareness of UI-specific performance testing tools.
- Proven experience in DevOps, pipelines, and deployments.
- Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Technical Skills: Next JS, React JS, Typescript, NodeJS, Redux or State Management libraries, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, REST API, API development, NoSQL, Mongo DB, Static Site Generation (SSG), Web Architecture Patterns such as modular, component-based architecture. Re-usable react component library creation. RWD, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Vite, Vitest, Jest, Testing libraries, Code quality and security, DevOps, CI/CD and build tools, Deploying Node JS/Next JS applications in cloud platforms.
