Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Has experience in JAMF.
- Perform device provisioning, configuration, and ongoing management for Apple devices.
- Deploy and update applications, software, and security patches via JAMF.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies by enforcing security settings and configurations on Apple devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple hardware and software.
- Assist in creating and maintaining device management profiles and policies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless device integration across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits of devices to ensure security compliance.
- Support end users by providing technical assistance and training for Apple devices and apps.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple technology and trends in mobile device management.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro or equivalent Apple device management solutions.
- Strong understanding of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and device management tasks.
- Experience deploying and maintaining software packages via JAMF.
- Knowledge of security protocols, device encryption, and data protection standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide technical support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- JAMF Certified Technician (JCT) or JAMF Certified Expert (JCE) certification.
- Experience working in a corporate IT environment.
- Familiarity with other enterprise management tools and technologies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Apple device management or IT support.
