Job Title:

Job Title : PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Duration: 1 to 2 years (renewed annually)

Location : San Bernardino, CA 92401 (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

1. Designing, implementing and testing HCM application involving new features and functionality from functional requirements.

2. Maintenance, support, design, development, and implementation of HCM application.

3. Developing and maintaining applications and modules related to Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Benefits Administration, performance and Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules.

4. Database design in Oracle, SQL and formulating advanced SQL queries

5. Developing new and maintaining existing Database ETL processes and reports.

6. Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in team environment, and communicate with clients.

7. Strong time management and multitasking skills; ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, Query, etc.

2. Advanced People Code experience.

3. Experience with COBOL, Application Packages, Component Interface, Fluid Development, HTML5, and CSS.

4. Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images.

5. Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones.

6. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database.

7. Strong understanding of SDLC.

8. Familiar with various design, architectural patterns, and HCM frameworks.

9. Ability to write clean, readable, modular, scalable and easily maintainable code with proper technical documentation.

10. Understanding of code versioning tools.

11. Troubleshooting, analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

Experience and Education:

Information Management, Computer Science, or any closely related field with at least 5 years' working experience using HCM, PeopleSoft, JavaScript libraries, SQL and SQR. An equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.
